Chef Mustafa Otar invites Cappadox attendees to leave the modern cooking methods aside and set forth to the place where everything started. The Open Fire in Nature event, in which all ingredients are organic and the whole cooking procedure involves organic materials like ash, soil, mud, wood and rocks, will take you to the origins of taste.

Open Fire in Nature will start at the early hours of day, with picking fresh vegetables and herbs from tha nature and specially preparing the meat, around a fire that will never fade during the festival. At the end of this highly demanding but enjoyable process, you’ll have the chance to eat 15 different dishes, composed of appetizers, main course and dessert, with such unique smells, textures and tastes that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. You will satisfy both your stomach and your soul with the meals served at a private location off the general use with long feast tables and a DJ set afterwards.

Mustafa Otar invites participants those who visit their hunter-gatherer roots to be involved in the preparation stages. If you want to learn how to make and control fire, the subtleties of open fire technique, methods of processing meat, and step into the nature to hand-pick fresh vegetables, roots and herbs, you can join our kitchen team in the early hours of the day.
