ISLANDMAN

İstanbul based producer Tolga Böyük’s solo project, islandman was discovered by Danish music label Music for Dreams where he released his first EP Ağıt in 2016. The project later became a trio with Böyük’s childhood friends Eralp Güven and Erdem Başer joining him. Modernizing the essential elements of 70s Anatolian rock -baglama and psychedelic guitar riffs islandman still manages to conserve the spirit of traditional Anatolian bards.
