Cappadox, under the inspection of Levon Bağış and Nilhan Aras, will transform the harmony of Cappadocia’s distinctive grapes with Turkish cheeses into a unique culinary experience for participants. Tasting sessions that lay bare the fine balance of flavours and scents will take place in Maara Konak.
