AVANOS VALLEY CYCLE (EASY COURSE)

The defining feature of the Cappadox Avanos Panorama Cycle is that, with a mostly downhill course on good tracks, it is a relaxing way to see the incredible panoramas from Uçhisar and Çavuşin to Avanos, including Kızılçukur (Red Valley), Güllüdere (Rose Valley) and Bozdağ Mountain in the distance. This easy cycling tour is suitable for all.

We begin at the Castle of Uçhisar and gently freewheel downhill to the edge of Aşk Vadisi (Love Valley)- stopping frequently to admire the stunning views here. There is a chance for refreshments along the route and many opportunities for photo taking! From the lower end of Love Valley we pass close by Çavuşin village on route to Avanos- the end of our ride and a delightful riverside small town. We cycle along the waters edge on the promenade path and cross at the footbridge, where a support car is waiting to return us and our bikes to Uçhisar, where the tour ends. The ride is on good tracks (sometimes sandy), generally is downhill and should take around 2 hours.

Come Prepared

* Be at Uçhisar Info/Shuttle Point 30 min before the walk begins.

*Knee guard and elbow protector need to be brought by the visitor.

*Ticket prices will change according to indoor sales, on festival dates May 18-21.

- Children over 6 years old will be needing a ticket to attend the events
- Ticket holders below 18 years old, will need to be accompanied by their parents holding a ticket from the same event.
- Children under 6 years old can not attend outdoor events. 
-Children under 12 years old can not attend cycling events. 
-Children under 8 years old can not attend Valley Walk and Valley Run events.
